The Labyrinth represents a life’s journey. When I walked a labyrinth for the first time, I realized that I wasn’t lost, I had made no mistakes, for a labyrinth has no dead ends, just one path. I simply had taken the road that I needed to travel in order to be in the present moment. With this as inspiration, I’ve become a Trained Labyrinth Facilitator and a Certified Life Coach. In December, 2019, I will receive my MA in Psychology from Antioch University, Santa Barbara. More importantly, I’ve experienced life and the process of deep change.
I’ve had many identities in my life: daughter, sister, student, wife, divorcé, grandmother, woman in recovery and life partner. I thoroughly understand the phrase, “there is only one constant in life and that is change”, and, I understand how difficult it can be to change. I understand the fear of change and the internal dissonance that occurs when fear and the desire to change meet head-on. If you are in a life transition, if you feel stuck and see no options, let’s talk. I might be able to help you navigate the change that you desire.
