Why consider coaching and what does a Life Coach do?
A Life Coach is a person with the ability, experience and training to help their clients unlock their potential and find clarity by becoming more self-aware. As a coach, I help women who are navigating the change process by providing support, conversation and purposeful assignments in a patient, non-judgmental and safe environment.
If you are considering coaching, it is very likely that you are seeking positive change and are motivated by an internal desire to transform yourself and to find new direction or purpose in your life. As a coach, I help clients identify their strengths and to expand into their best possible life.
If you are feeling stuck, purposeless, overwhelmed by the needs and circumstances of loved-ones, stagnating in recovery or struggling with a life transition, I have developed a six-step process called Move into Flow to help navigate the change process successfully.

Labyrinth Facilitation

The labyrinth represents a life’s journey. When I walked a labyrinth for the first time, I realized that I wasn’t lost, I had made no mistakes, for a labyrinth has no dead ends, just one path. I simply had taken the road that I needed to travel in order to be in the present moment. With this as inspiration, I became a Certified Labyrinth Facilitator and can create and facilitate events or mindful meditations for a group or for personal transformational work.
